To the 8:30 & 9:30 TS crews:
You guys gave me the Coaching Goosebumps today. Don’t believe me, ask Jvic. Awesome job by everyone today on the Snatches and TGUs. NOT an easy combo, but you guys did a ridiculous job with both. In fact, I’m pretty sure, out of 17 or so peeps, only ONE of you had ever done a TGU before. That, is something to be proud of! Tremendous energy as always, LOVE coaching you guys!!
4+14 with light weight after a great eclass today. Glad to say that I did not do one TGU backwards today! Those things confuse me but I finally got it down for every rep
Great job today Zeke – did his first HSPU on the wall about 2 mins before the wod started then he banged them all out on the wall for the whole wod, awesome! Who says being surrounded by 3 pushy girls is bad?!!
This was kind of a slower, more mindful WOD, wasn’t it? Those KB TGUs were entirely new to me, and I had to focus to get them right. Thanks to Chewie for being such a great coach! My shoulders have that “going to be super sore tomorrow” feeling! They were already a little sore, along with my neck for some reason. Thanks for always keeping it new, CF!
Shout out to EVERETTE from the sandbox… Down 12 pounds 4.5 inches after 24 day challenge.. Nice work from CATT, CHANTELLE, TRAVIS today. Happy birthday TURBO!!!
Fun wod…(i said it, even with snatches!) Thanks for all the tips prior to and during the wod tino…it helped a lot! 45 lb snatches, 25 kb and still on that mat for the HSPU…4 rounds. Fun little group at 7:30…:)
To the 6&7 am wodders great job today. That was a ruff combination of TGUs and Snatches. Chips way to fight all the way through the clock and get a couple of more snatches in the last 10 seconds. ADI you killed it this morning being the only person wodding at the 7am class.
Awesome job 4:40 and 5:30 HQ. As far as form goes everyone was solid!!! Welcome Fernando from CrossFit 305!!! And awesome job Bonzi… your snatches looked amazing!
4 rounds 50lb snatches but I opted for 15lb TGUs so I could work on my form. Thanks you Tino for all of the pointers (even if I still don’t have the hip thing right) I am a work in progress but someday I will get it!!!!
Jvic – did today’s ewod at 3:30 today at the station…I’m even more excited to be finished with school and come to your class twice a week! Thinking of playing hookey from school on a Tuesdsy this month! See you soon!
