As usual, CFHC killed it. Great turnout. Lots of fun. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to swim. The water was deemed too rough and Boca Raton nixed the swim. They substituted a mile run on soft sand.
Thanks JVIC for continuing to push us (me at least) to get out of our comfort zone and try new things. Let’s figure out what the next tri is, I need to get that swim in!

I also have to say that the enormous amount of encouragement i got from our CFHC family over the past few days was just unbelievable. So many texts and calls yesterday, so very very lucky to be a part of such an awesome group of peeps that really know how to support each other!
Great morning. Really a good event to gauge your strengths and weaknesses. Bikers are really something! JViC’s coaching has really helped – running was great, but damn that bike. The CFHC team represented very well and the support group was awesome. I really enjoy doing these events with our CFHC folks – such a great group of motivated, risk-taking, and positive people!
You all did amazing. I am so inspired and motivated by your courage. I never have had such fulfillment from coaching a group of people. Amazing! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication and trust in me!
