Waaaa that is all I heard this morning in Endurance Class. But in the end everyone pulled together and got the wod done. What is a better way to get soreness out of the legs? A couple of 800′s, AND it was not as bad as you all thought.

HAHA Jvic, there definitely was a lot of whining and moaning at eClass (myself included) but everyone is terrified of/intimidated by the sight of the clipboard that we see it and just start running. Plus if the crew ever gets too whiney, just bring out the whistle, its even more scary than the clipboard Loved eClass today as always.
15:11 65/75# on the wod. Things got a lot slower once I moved my weight up to 75, but that’s ok, now I know I can do it.

Good to be back for e-wods! I have been missing them a little as crazy as it may sound. Fun class this morning we managed to break a lil sweat even tho it was 57 outside. Found out that Joker and I have a similar pace so we kept on pushing each other and finished our last 800 with a sprint which we got in trouble for since Jvic accused us of saving some energy on each round You’re the best Jvic

Sandbox was full of energy. Nice work CAT cleaning 75 lbs. FRESH made 95 look like 65. Beautiful form. Way to go CARRIE. Great work from CHANTELLE, TOM, FB, and MEGARONI wow! Girl you look fantastic. Oh and PANDA always a nice push from you!

Felt great to be back with my 9:30 crew….I’ve missed you ladies (and Joe well he is one of the ladies so that is still accurate) so much. Strike, Painkiller, Giggles and the rest of the crew thanks for making me feel like I never was away. Andi, thanks for wod after the wod too! Bending us like a pretzel never felt so good. And thanks to Coach Bruce who really had to put up with a bunch of whining today. Perfect help and tips on those cleans too!!
Lastly, just want to thank everyone for all your kind thoughts and prayers while I was out. CFHC is truly my 2nd family and last week was a rough time with the passing of my Mom and everyone has been so kind with their kind wishes. Skittles and I know how lucky we are to have CFHC!!! Ooops almost forgot 15:change 125#.

Congratulations Julie! I think that might have been the first time I have seen you completely sell yourself into the workout. You gave a truly all out effort today. I am very proud of you. Keep it up!
15:56 and ended up with 75# for the cleans. I’m ready for 80# which totally took me by surprise! I never feel totally warmed up until usually my second round, which means I’m not taking enough time to warm up, starting light and going heavy. So, lesson learned. More warm up reps.
