CrossFit HardCore East aka “The Station” will be conducting a Gymnastics Clinic. This will be a 2 hour clinic, limited to 25 people. This will insure that each of you get ample amounts of attention from the coaches.
Where: CrossFit HardCore East 1050 1st Ave, Boca Raton, FL 33432
When: Saturday June 30, 2012
Time: 10:30-12:30pm
Cost: $25 per person(adults/kids-10yrs +)
This clinic will help you to learn or improve your pullups(kipping/butterfly), along with the drills and skills necessary to build your strength and form on gymnastic movements. The instructors of this course will be to of our very own, Coach Jason aka Joker and Rachel aka Pnut, both having extensive experience in gymanstics. It will be fun, hands on and very informative.
Who knows maybe you will get your FIRST pullup, hspu or muscle up!!!
