    I struggled to finish the sprints today, gasping for air and trying to hold it down, and soooo glad Lana was my partner. Ok, I will go and hibernate until Tuesday now…my my, how quickly the body ‘unconditions’ it self, when you stop moving. Jeez. S.O.S.

    Couldn’t get my rhythm going on the dubs on the last two rounds and it didn’t help that my jump rope said eff-you and broke apart; kinda hard doing dubs with only one handle. Thanks to Bon Bon/Snail, she taped the other handle back on for me for the last round, 27:26 Rx. Great morning.

    Connected more and more dubs each round, spidermans sucked 25:51. Plus 1600m row in less than 8:00.

    Dirty Bird- if I didn’t have to rush to work everyday I would totally do a longer run! Work is always getting in the way of fun…

  7. @ Indy I feel the same way. Looking at it todays WOD doesn’t look so bad until you run it.
    @ Huck you were a great partner this morning as well brother. I wish you were 300 lbs and only power walked. You gave me very short rests.
    @ CSi I have recruited a few more cadets to join your freaky fridays tomorrow at HQ. Please bring a Drill Instructor Smokey Hat and whistle. I want the abs crushed.

    i will do 250 dubs after work for my bonus WOD today.

    Fun eWOD, I love partner running WODs…don’t love partner regular WODs..which is weird.

    Anyway, my partner, Trent, was flat out flying. I could have used about double the rest. I had good runs and bad runs. I have a lot of work to do.

      Love the eWOD’s! It is a good change up from Xfit WOD’s, and makes running less miserable when doing it with 20+ people.

      @Vegas, you had the hardest part running 1st since you didnt get much rest because you ran the 400′s right after the 200′s with little rest…2nd runners enjoyed the longer rest for sure. Good Job bro!

    Holy eclass! I’m with Indy…”oh that doesn’t look SO bad…” I was sorely mistaken. Fun eclass as always though, always fun to do partner runs, even when there seem to be a million of them!
    My legs were far too tired to do the wod, but Paris and I did our 24 day challenge extra credit on the rowers, i think this was the first time i was ever happy to be rowing!
    @Chips – I learned the drill sergeant routine form the best!! bring on the beach workout!

    Woohoo EWOD class!! Thanks for the awesome workout Jvic. I can’t wait to check that off TS goal board. Maybe by Feb Ill be able to walk again and try for 2 classes in a month!

  11. Great morning with the TS 8:30 crew. Thanks to BonBon for her stellar coaching and her eye for form today. I liked this WOD-the fourth round was a grinder. Bounce and Natural FLEW at a ridiculously fast pace. Time was 19:30, forgot to look at the board to see about the Rx.
    Great to see Chips do a drive by, and thanks to Connie for running the bonus mile with me today :-)

    with a long day ahead , the best way to start is with TS830. legs are still fried after tuesdays ewod. didnt wod yesterday but did a 2 mile row. today felt good, 17:50 Rx. definitely need to get a personal rope itll make a difference for sure didnt get unbroken dubs until the 4th round which is actually a PR for me. . great energy from everyone, with bounce flying through and bonbon keeping us strict.

    Note to JVIC…. Casualty List from Tuesday Hell WOD !!! Beef laid up two pulled Hammies, Ed Zubak broken heel, Dirty Bird Fried Legs !!!! Never thought I would hear that out of him……F-16 is Grounded….Magic Mike needed physical therapy…. Rest of class difficulty walking and sitting…LOLOLOLO Gotta Love It !!!!! 17:10 RX for me today…thanks to The Natural and Psycho for pushing me the whole time….. New Name for TS 830 ” The Psycho Ward ” and Psycho is our leader in charge…….hahahahahaha

    The Station is adding a Sunday yoga class at 9am. All yoga classes will start next week Jan 22.
    Tuesday at 7:30pm
    Thursday at 9:30am
    Sunday at 9am
    Lots of choices! Hope all of you can make one a week!

    • Excited about starting yoga, especially with Marlea! I’m aiming for Thursdays and/or Sundays :-) Love the Sunday time right before open gym. New goal for 2013: become a supple leopard!

  15. First time poster here thanks to my friend @Cheetah from the Garage. Started WODing there about mid Oct. thanks Hardcore for the intense and unique work outs. Everyday has some kind of new challenge. Thanks to @TURBO for the famous speeches and coaching. Don’t remember my exact time from today’s WOD but it was pretty solid…ever wonder what people that have no idea what DUBS are think these welts are from?

    ok fellow crossfiters!!!! Tomorrow I will be on Day #5 of the 24 day challenge (yup, i started one week later) and I wanted to ask anyone who is a 24 day challenge guru, if going to this restaurant http://www.christopherskitchenfl.com tomorrow is “24day challange approve”. This place is all organic, raw and vegan but before I take the trip to PGA Blvd I wanna know if its allowed!!!!! help!! :)

    Tried out the IAm Now WOD 1 and got 2+2 in the kids gym.
    Rested 20 min
    Did today’s WOD in 15:05RX
    Felt pretty good today.
    Had 3-4 new kids at the Kids Box this week.
    This place is blowing peeps. Get your kids and teens into really great shape this year.
    P.S. They enjoy it!

    60 dubs in a wod was just pure evil today 24:20 thought I was moving quickly but looking at some of the times guess not =P fun running in the dark with the 6:30 station crew
