    I’m hoping some CFHC vets can help me with a question. I’m switching my supplementation program and I would like to try Progenex- is there a wholesale website that sells their products? Or are they only @ Progenex.com? Any and all help is greatly appreciated… Oh and this WOD looks fun

  2. I just wanted to go over a few suggestions for attending the yoga classes. It’s important to come with an empty stomach. So try not to eat for an hour and a half before the class. Being a beach towel and a smaller towel. We will use the smaller towel for stretching. Bring water. Be hydrated. Come with an open mind and ready to work :) . The class is a flowing class. Be ready to move. Class starts at 730pm. See you then.

    iPod why don’t you come run fast at HQ with my Eclass at 5:30 today?!! Just sayin:) We will run the same workout but you will also get drills in to practice good form of The Pose. Hope to see you!!
    Also, I started last week recording the peeps run (on coache’s eye app) and I will stay and review your form with anyone who wants to see what they can change to be more efficient!! Cool stuff!!

    Run WOD was brutal as usual but what was worse is that Tater, CSi and I then followed it up with todays WOD as our 24 Day Challenge extra. I was right around 16 minutes RX. Special Forces was out in force, we missed our foursome w/o Paris. As usual Tater kicked all of our butts!

    So – I looked at the WOD before coming in today. “Thank god for heavy KBs, because the other two moves are blah!” Is what I said to myself. :)

    Small but lively 8:30 HQ Group. Shuk & Detox worked very hard. A most Herculean effort to Briggs who RXed and pushed me in the end. I got her by like 3 seconds – but only b/c Lance was on me like white on rice during the last Rd of KBs. Thanks for the push.

    And welcome to Nick from Arkansas. Strong dude. Good work man.

    17:18 Rx for me. Goal of 16. But the sets of 5 Burpees proved to be too slow to break that time. Maybe 7-7-6 next time. Hump Day Manana! Peace out.

  8. More and more peeps are finding out about lunch detention at TS! Great crew today. ChewChew, everyone accepted your challenge of sub 20 and blew it out of the water. Always intensity > weight with this crew. Matt The Natural lead the crew with a time of 13:38 going with the 55# KB and newbie Shannon followed closely behind with the 35#. Awesome job y’all!!!!!

    TIRED! Eclass then wod with Chips and Tator, I had nothing left in the tank after eclass, but went for it anyway for our 24 day challenge extra credit, I guess I’m just conditioned to being told what to do by the police lol ;) Fun morning at TS as ALWAYS! 18:34 45#. Chips, start thinking of something for tomorrow, Paris is back!

    thanks for the push td @Pong….feeling real good lately…glad issues were addressed in class today.
    after workin on cleans and boxjumps after gettin my @$$ handed to me at friday night fight i can see a rematch in the making against @BonBon

    I AM NOW games are so close where i hit my 3 month mark at CFHC. cant wait to compete w my team and cheer on everyone else reppin CFHC!

    havent blogged in a bit but congrats to everyone who competed and did so well at wodapalooza this passed weekend. and a special congrats to sydney.

    Amazing how much better the second half of the work day is after lunch break wod. Kind of a lot of burpees though, so good thing I ate afterward. 17:00rx…just couldn’t make Pnut’s sub 15 goal…next time!

    Also congrats to my coaches for their awesome performance this weekend at Wodapalooza! You ladies sure set an example for all of us trainees to look up to! Great job!!!

    22:58 Rx – the 53 lb kettlebell got real heavy halfway through the third round, but I was glad I went for Rx – only the second time using the 53-pounder, and the first time since my shoulder probs. Felt really good! And the burpees felt wayyyy better than they did Saturday during Filthy 50, thank goodness!! I second Pauly D, great to have Thunder coaching in the PM!!

    17:16 with the 55#. Great to have Queen push me on the last round and she wouldn’t let me drop the KB until it was done. Best part was having Queen’s playlist going the whole WOD and getting down to some DMX “What’s My Name?” (insert DMX grunt here).

    I got to see lots of Burpees today!!! Had so much fun coaching morning and afternoon crew ! Casey and Jackie kicked a$$ this morning! Congrats on your pr’s !!! You girls are getting so strong! I love it!
