Every session has at least one and most likely 2 coaches, and by the way we coach/train, its like having your own personal trainer. Thus ensuring proper technique and guidance. We try not to accommodate more that twelve people per class, but rest assured our coaches will provide you with safety, motivation and a shot of “intensity”, that will take your fitness to a whole new level.
