A.I.T is an advanced programming class designed for those who are looking to compete at advanced levels. Whether you want to compete in local competitions, regionals  or on a national level in the Games!!!  We focus on every aspect of training you will need to compete at CrossFit events or any other event.  

OUR ADVANTAGE

A significant advantage we offer is specialist in each area of what a competition will require. Our specialists are masters in Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Strongman Trainiing, Gymnastics, Endurance Running and Nutritional Counseling. Programming is provided by Games Athletes so you will learn from their experience and expertise.

A.I.T programming is provided to our athletes on a weekly basis. We understand that no two athletes are built the same or have the exact same ‘toolbox’ of skills.
